    POSITION SUMMARY: We’re looking for a driven and technically capable Sales Engineer to support the continued growth of our electric heating product line. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with relationship-driven sales. You’ll work closely with distributors, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders to promote, specify, and grow our heating solutions across multiple markets. If you enjoy being in the field, presenting technical products, and building long-term partnerships — this is an opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, expanding organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective accounts
    • Promote and drive specification of the company’s heating product line into projects
    • Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and technical training sessions
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand territory presence
    • Travel regularly to support customers and strengthen market coverage
    • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
    • Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry functions

    KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred)
    • Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience
    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to clearly explain technical products to diverse audiences
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a travel schedule
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
    • A proactive, relationship-focused professional with strong commercial instincts
    • Confidence presenting technical products in both one-on-one and group settings
    • A team player with a growth mindset and high accountability
    • Comfortable working onsite while spending significant time in the field

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      • Team Leadership & Supervision
      • Supervise and mentor the Customer Care team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
      • Monitor and evaluate team productivity, providing feedback and support as needed.
      • Manage escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
      • Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

      Customer Service Operations

      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
      • Develop a deep understanding of our heating and lighting products, their features, and common issues to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
      • Monitor team performance and call handling quality, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timely resolution of customer inquiries
      • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly into the system
      • Answer inbound customer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to orders, products, pricing, deliveries, and backorders
      • Assist team with complex orders
      • Process Improvement & Reporting
      • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
      • Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to align with business goals.
      • Generate reports on back orders, open orders, and order fulfillment status, identifying trends, delays, and key issues for management review
      • Work closely with other departments to improve cross-functional communication and customer experience.
      • Sales & Customer Engagement Support
      • Support the Sales team by providing insights into customer needs, concerns, and feedback.
      • Assist with product knowledge training and ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

      KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

      • Strong leadership and people management skills
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
      • Experience in call center or customer support environment
