Each Grotto composition begins with mass. Glass panels of notable thickness are arranged in deliberate succession, allowing edges to overlap and tones to intersect.

Craft

Formed by Hand

Each sheet of glass is individually crafted, preserving natural ripples, undulations, and subtle variations that speak to the hand behind the material.

Illumination

Light in Motion

Grotto is illuminated by dual LED sources that project light both upward and downward, allowing illumination to travel through the glass rather than rest upon it.

This bidirectional glow reveals the internal character of each layer. Edges radiate. Gradients form. Reflections deepen within metallic smoked and amber tones.

Light becomes dimensional.

The upward emission introduces ambient lift, while the downward glow provides functional clarity. Together, they create a balanced field of illumination that feels warm, substantial, and refined.
