The Idea
Morton begins with structure. Faceted geometry and vertical fins create depth across the fixture, giving the exterior a stronger sense of dimension before the light is even turned on.
By day, the layered profile adds shadow and rhythm to the wall. After dark, the same structure controls how the light is revealed, allowing warmth to sit beneath the surface rather than feeling exposed.
Material
Morton pairs a sand black exterior with clear glass panels, creating a balance between strength and visibility.
The metal fins give the collection its defined profile, while the clear glass allows the warm illumination to remain visible without feeling too open. The result is a fixture that feels durable, grounded, and suited for exterior environments.
Light on the Exterior
Morton is not designed to simply project light outward. Its strength comes from the way light is held, filtered, and revealed.
The integrated LED source is partially shielded by the vertical fins, allowing a warm glow to diffuse through the clear glass with control and softness.
Refinement
The refinement of Morton is in the balance between openness and structure. The fins needed to feel bold enough to create depth, but not so heavy that they block the illumination.
Clear glass keeps the light visible, while the sand black exterior gives the piece contrast and definition. Every part of the design works toward the same goal: a fixture that feels strong during the day and quietly illuminated at night.
Where It Belongs
Morton is designed for outdoor spaces that call for more than a standard wall sconce.
It works well at front entries, garage exteriors, hospitality corridors, multi-unit buildings, and expansive façades where repeated fixtures can create a consistent visual rhythm.
Used individually, Morton adds definition. Used in multiples, it creates a stronger exterior presence.
The Detail
The vertical fins are the defining detail of Morton. They influence how the fixture is seen from different angles, how shadows fall across the wall, and how light is revealed after dark.
This layered construction gives Morton its depth and makes the illumination feel more controlled.
The Feeling
Morton gives an exterior wall a sense of structure, warmth, and permanence.
During the day, it adds depth through shadow and repetition. At night, it shifts into a softer presence, with warm light glowing behind the fins and through the glass.
The collection feels grounded, durable, and composed, making it well suited for spaces that need outdoor lighting with visual strength and restraint.
